Who operates this store

This policy applies to the Learn with Jiyeon website and workbook store. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to support@learnwithjiyeon.com.

Information we collect

• Order information: your email address, the workbook purchased, amount, currency, discounts, transaction identifiers, and payment status.
• Payment information: Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Support information: contact-form and email messages, your reply address, the selected topic, and any order email you choose to include.
• Lesson email information: your email address, optional first name, the free resource requested, consent source and version, confirmation and unsubscribe status, and delivery status.
• Technical information: standard hosting and security logs, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps.
• Attribution information: campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content when they are present in a link you visit.
• Product analytics: privacy-filtered page categories, store interactions, device screen size, and browser language. Analytics payloads exclude query strings, page titles, referrers, email addresses, checkout identifiers, and free-form messages.

How we use information

We use this information to process payments, deliver and restore workbook access, send purchase messages, answer support requests, deliver requested learning resources, a disclosed five-email welcome series, and occasional lesson emails after confirmation, record and honor unsubscribes or delivery suppressions, prevent fraud, understand which public links lead to purchases, maintain the site, and comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

Storage, cookies, and service providers

Campaign attribution is kept in your browser's session storage until the browsing session ends and may be attached to a completed Stripe checkout. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its hosted checkout. We use a self-hosted Rybbit service for cookieless product analytics. The analytics client does not enable session replay or persistent visitor identification, and it honors supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. We use service providers only where needed to operate the store, including Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, private order and entitlement storage, file storage, security and email routing, Sentry for privacy-filtered error monitoring, and Resend for transactional and confirmed lesson-email delivery.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We retain order records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide access, handle refunds or disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Support messages are retained only as long as useful for resolving the request and maintaining an appropriate business record. Subscriber consent and suppression records are retained while the subscription is active and afterward as reasonably necessary to prove consent and continue honoring unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, or suppression choices. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Contact-form messages are stored in a private Cloudflare bucket and are used to answer the request and maintain the related support history. Feedback is not published unless you explicitly check the permission box allowing Learn with Jiyeon to quote it using your first name. You may withdraw that permission by contacting us.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing. Email us from the address used for your order so we can verify and respond to your request. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Lesson emails require email confirmation and include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future lesson emails; it does not remove purchase receipts or other messages required to deliver a transaction. We do not share subscriber records with Chamelingo.

Children and international visitors

The store is intended for a general adult learning audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you access the store outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with a revised date.
