About the store

Learn with Jiyeon is a trading name used by Night Reef LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using this site or purchasing a workbook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

Digital products and payment

The store sells one-time access to downloadable and browser-viewable Korean-language workbooks. Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Payment is collected during Stripe Checkout. Access is normally provided immediately after a successful payment, although fraud review, asynchronous payment methods, or a temporary service issue may delay delivery.

Promotion codes are subject to the restrictions displayed at checkout and may be withdrawn or changed for future purchases. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.

Your licence

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the workbook for your own study. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share access links, publish substantial portions, remove ownership notices, or use the material to create a competing product. Teachers and organizations should contact us before using a workbook with a class or group.

Refunds and delivery problems

Our refund policy is part of these terms. If a paid workbook is not delivered or access fails, contact support@learnwithjiyeon.com and we will restore access or provide an appropriate refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Educational information

The lessons and workbooks are general educational materials. Results depend on your study and circumstances; we do not guarantee a particular level of fluency, examination score, school outcome, job outcome, or other result. Examples may be revised when an error or clearer explanation is identified.

Availability and acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, probe or bypass its security, use automated access in a way that burdens the service, or attempt to access another customer's purchase. We may suspend abusive access and may update, replace, or discontinue a product, while continuing to honor completed purchases where reasonably possible.

Intellectual property

The site, workbooks, illustrations, writing, branding, and other original material are owned by Night Reef LLC or used with permission. Your purchase provides the limited licence above and does not transfer ownership of the content or brand.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and educational materials are provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Night Reef LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or materials. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms for future use of the store. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and will not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase.
